Huang Yingwei (黄英蔚), also known as 寒, and referred to as 嘤蔚 as coined by players and adopted by other staff, is the Onmyoji head game designer, formerly the head game designer for Fantasy Westward Journey back in 2011. He first made his public appearance at the 2018 NetEase Game Enthusiasts' Day conference, although he was also present at the Onsen event, was photographed with Cold Sea in 2017, and joined the product team in 2016. Specifically, neither he nor Zheng Tao are the "biubiubiu" game designer behind the official game designer bro account.
